The language of the publication will be English.

The deadline for the submission of the proceedings papers
has been extended to October 19, 2009.

Two hardcopy printouts and also manuscripts on disk (or CD-R) that exactly match the printouts must be supplied. The disk (or CD-R) should be prepared using MS Word or WordPerfect and should be clearly labeled with the author's names, file name, and software program.

Specific instructions can be found in the journal's current Instructions for Authors.

Each manuscript must be accompanied by a manuscript transmittal form and a transfer of copyright form.
No paper will be published without an accompanying copyright form and a transmittal form.
