All the reservations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis according to the availability of the rooms

To book a room in a hotel please complete and sign the ACCOMODATION FORM HOTELS [pdf] or the ACCOMODATION FORM JOSEFA SEGOVIA [pdf] and submit it by fax or email to:

Regardless the payment procedure, either by credit card or by bank transfer, the confirmation of the Accommodation Reservation will be sent by email after we have confirmed your full payment and availability in the selected accommodation.
