Once you have finished your studies, you may make the deposit at the Registrar’s Office at your institution to request that the corresponding diploma be issued.

The University ID Card must be returned when applying for the Degree to be issued.

Under the section "other fees" in the Decree on Fees for Academic Services, you will find the specific amount you will have to pay in order to request that your diploma be issued. The amount varies according to whether the degree corresponds to studies toward a diploma or studies in technical engineering, technical architecture, a bachelor’s degree or an engineering degree.

Students who receive the Award of Excellence in their official course of studies for their lower level and upper level courses are exempt from paying the fees for issuing their diplomas and their awards will be noted on their official diplomas.
